At The Official LIV Golf Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, we offer returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label directly from the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
